Coastal Environmental Associates (CEA) is an independent professional consultancy specializing in coastal marine resource management consulting and advising clients or assisting established project teams on associated project planning, environmental conditions studies and creative project permitting strategies.

WHAT WE DO

CEA offers clients over 40 years of specialized coastal environmental resource management and regulatory permitting consulting experience related to development in coastal ocean and its nearshore environments. Our services typically include advising clients on coastal shoreline resource management plans, coastal hazard resiliency assessments, Chapter 91 Tidelands permitting, and port and harbor development matters. CEA can work and advise our clients independently or in collaboration with other project team members to deliver our valued-added services and our solution-oriented expertise.
